Registered Nurse Ericka McCarron, RN, founds About Face Medical Aesthetics in Stratham, NH, establishing what would become New Hampshire’s premier luxury medical aesthetic practice. A registered nurse since 2001 and specializing in plastics and aesthetics since 2005, Ericka brings a concierge-style philosophy built on personal attention, clinical expertise, and genuine relationships with every patient.

2011–Present
Industry Leadership. Since 2011, Ericka has served as a faculty member of the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI), training physicians and mid-level providers on the technique, safety, and application of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and bio-stimulators.

Renovation & Expansion. About Face relocated to a newly designed space with an added touch of modern elegance at 64 Portsmouth Ave in Stratham, expanding its treatment offerings to include advanced body contouring, laser services, hormone therapy, hair restoration, and wellness programs.

About Face becomes a Co-Founding Member of the Aesthetic Medical Providers of New Hampshire (AMPNH), with Ericka serving as Secretary — a New Hampshire nonprofit organization of multidisciplinary providers representing the field of medical aesthetics through collaboration, education, advocacy, and a steadfast commitment to patient safety.

About Face Medical Aesthetics joins the Well Labs+ medspa family — a partnership focused on supporting licensed aesthetic providers, elevating clinical standards, and expanding access to advanced treatments across New England. The same highly trained clinicians and staff dedicated to fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients remain in place.
