This patient did not like the prominent appearance of her neck muscles as she’s aged. We used Botox cosmetic to relax the neck muscles (known as Platysma bands) therefore reducing their appearance. Botox in the neck can relax the overall appearance of the platysma bands, reduce fine line and wrinkles, as well as rejuvenate and smooth the neck.
