Your appointments are important to all of us on the About Face team. Time allocated for an
appointment is reserved especially for you. It is our goal to provide the best quality and tradition
of excellent service. Our Providers are booked out weeks to months in advance. It is important to
remember, that when you cancel your appointment without providing sufficient notice, our
providers time is lost, and we are not afforded the opportunity to schedule a client on the waiting
list.

A deposit is required to reserve your treatment appointment at the time of scheduling. We
request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for adjustments or cancellations to your scheduled
appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

At About Face Medical Aesthetics, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional care to each of our clients. To ensure a smooth booking experience and to accommodate all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Duration 30 minutes or Less:

(Neurotoxin, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peel)

A $50 deposit is required to book any appointment that is 30 minutes or less.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the service at the time of your appointment.
To avoid losing your deposit, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.

2. Appointment Duration 1 Hour or Less:

(Dermal Filler, Sculptra, Radiesse, BBL/Moxi, CoolPeel)

A $250 deposit is required to book any appointment 1 hour or less.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the service at the time of your appointment.
To avoid losing your deposit, appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the $250 deposit will be forfeited.

3. Appointment Duration Over 1 Hour:

(Sofwave, Virtue RF microneedling, Virtue RF/CoolPeel combo)

A $500 deposit is required to book any appointment longer than 1 hour.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the service at the time of your appointment.
To avoid losing your deposit, appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the $500 deposit will be forfeited.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments may require full pre-payment.

Late Arrivals:

It is important to arrive to your appointment on time. We value your time and that of our
Providers. Each appointment allots for sufficient time for safe administration of treatments; this
cannot be compromised. Therefore, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment
it is considered a “no show” and your deposit will be forfeited. To secure a future appointment
an increased deposit amount will be required.

Confirmation Reminders:

As a courtesy, we will send out email and SMS messages to confirm your appointment at the
time of scheduling and again 2 days prior to your appointment date. It is your responsibility to
ensure we have a current email address and mobile number on file in order to receive the
courtesy reminders.
